NOTICE

These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. It is your responsibility to read them carefully before booking, paying for, or using any service offered by MAHA Evolution Studio. These Terms apply to all services provided by MAHA Evolution Studio, including 1:1 Guidance sessions, Guidance for Leaders and Organizations, the Growth Clarity Assessment, the free introductory call, the MAHA newsletter, and any related materials offered through the website at majamaha.com.

By using the website, completing the Growth Clarity Assessment, subscribing to the newsletter, booking an introductory call, or paying for any service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This website is owned and operated by Maja Jurišić, vlasnica obrta, trading as MAHA Evolution Studio, with registered seat at Osječka 26, 21000 Split, Croatia, OIB 64542093989 (referred to in these Terms as "MAHA," "we," "us," or "our"). The terms "you" and "your" refer to any visitor of the website, recipient of any free offering, subscriber to the newsletter, or paying client of any service.

Use of this website is at your own risk. We host the site on a reputable platform and take reasonable care to keep it operational, but we make no explicit representations or warranties regarding your individual use of the website.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one shown at the top of this page with the most recent "last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. ACCEPTANCE AND ELIGIBILITY

By accessing the website or any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The services offered by MAHA are intended for adults. If we discover that you have accessed paid services as a minor, we reserve the right to terminate your access.

By proceeding with payment, by booking a session, by submitting the Growth Clarity Assessment, by subscribing to the newsletter, or by continuing to use the website, you accept these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy published on the website.

3. SERVICES

MAHA currently offers the following services and offerings.

3.1 1:1 Guidance. Paid one-on-one sessions for individuals, delivered online or in person by appointment.

3.2 Guidance for Leaders and Organizations. Paid strategic guidance for leaders, teams, and organizations, scoped through a separate written proposal or engagement letter.

3.3 Growth Clarity Assessment. A free self-assessment available on the website. By submitting your responses you provide your email address and consent to receive a personal written reflection from Maja in response. Your email is also added to the MAHA newsletter list (see section 4). You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time without losing access to the reflection you requested.

3.4 Introductory call. A free, no-obligation conversation booked through the website to explore whether working together is the right fit.

3.5 Newsletter. A free email newsletter from Maja, sent on an irregular schedule, with reflections, articles, and occasional information about MAHA's services. Terms for the newsletter are set out in section 4.

The scope, duration, format, and price of paid services are confirmed in writing before payment is taken.

4. NEWSLETTER AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

You may subscribe to the MAHA newsletter directly through a sign-up form on the website or indirectly by submitting the Growth Clarity Assessment. Where the assessment is the entry point, the sign-up is disclosed at the moment of submission and you can opt out before submitting.

By subscribing, you consent to receive emails from MAHA that may include written reflections, articles, links to new content, occasional information about new services, and information about MAHA's offerings.

You can unsubscribe at any time, with no obligation and at no cost, by clicking the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of every newsletter email or by writing to maja@majamaha.com. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not affect any active paid engagement you have with MAHA.

We use a reputable third-party email-delivery provider to send the newsletter. Your email address is processed in line with the Privacy Policy.

We will not sell your email address. We will not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share it with the email-delivery provider strictly for the purpose of sending you the newsletter you have subscribed to.

5. NATURE OF THE SERVICES AND PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER

MAHA provides personal and professional guidance, reflection, and consulting. The services, the Growth Clarity Assessment, and the newsletter are educational and developmental in nature.

MAHA does not provide psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice. If you are dealing with a clinical mental-health condition, a medical issue, a legal matter, or a financial decision, you should consult a licensed professional in the relevant field. Nothing said or written during a session, in the Growth Clarity Assessment reflection, in the newsletter, or on the website should be taken as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

You are responsible for any decisions you make and any actions you take during or after working with MAHA or after reading any MAHA content.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website, in the newsletter, and within the services, including text, images, designs, graphics, frameworks (including the 4 Bodies approach and the Growth Clarity Assessment), worksheets, audio and video material, blog articles, the MAHA name, the MAHA Evolution Studio name, and any related logos and trademarks, is the property of Maja Jurišić, vlasnica obrta, or is used under licence (the "Intellectual Property").

You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the materials shared with you for your personal use only.

You may:

  • Access the materials provided to you for your own personal or internal professional development.

  • Print or download materials shared with you, for your own use.

  • Quote short passages from the public website or from the newsletter with clear attribution to MAHA Evolution Studio and a link back to the source.

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or share access to any paid service or paid material.

  • Forward the newsletter in bulk, republish it on a website, or distribute it as part of a paid product, without prior written consent.

  • Reproduce, republish, or distribute any of the materials, in whole or in part, as your own.

  • Adapt, remix, or create derivative works based on the materials for distribution.

  • Use the MAHA name, trademarks, or content in any way that suggests endorsement or partnership without prior written consent.

  • Use the website, the newsletter, or any service for any unlawful purpose.

If you wish to use any content beyond the limited licence above, write to maja@majamaha.com and request permission in writing before you use it.

We reserve the right to enforce our Intellectual Property rights through any legal remedy available under Croatian and EU law.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

What you share inside a paid 1:1 session or a paid engagement with leaders and organizations is treated as confidential. Maja will not disclose the content of those sessions to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law, where there is an imminent risk of serious harm to you or to others, or where you give written consent.

Anonymised insights, themes, or patterns from sessions may be referenced in MAHA's writing, talks, newsletter, or marketing, in a way that cannot reasonably identify you.

Communications sent through the website contact form, blog comments, public posts, or unsolicited emails are not treated as confidential. Do not send sensitive personal information through public channels.

8. PAYMENT, BOOKING, AND CANCELLATIONS

Prices for paid services are confirmed in writing before payment. Payment is processed through reputable third-party providers. MAHA does not store full payment-card details.

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received in full or, for engagements with organizations, once the agreed deposit is received and the engagement letter is signed.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact maja@majamaha.com as early as possible. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, write to maja@majamaha.com with your name, the service booked, and the reason for the request. MAHA will respond within a reasonable time and propose a resolution, which may include a full refund, a partial refund, or rescheduling, depending on the circumstances and on the timing of the request relative to the scheduled session.

For organizational engagements, refund and cancellation terms are set in the separate written engagement letter, which prevails over this section in case of conflict.

9. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

You understand that individual outcomes from working with MAHA depend on many factors that are outside MAHA's control, including your own context, readiness, willingness to act, and personal circumstances. Any examples, case studies, or testimonials shared by MAHA are illustrative and are not a guarantee of your results. MAHA does not promise specific outcomes in your life, your career, your relationships, or your business.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Croatian law, MAHA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the website, the newsletter, or the services, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or non-material damage.

The total aggregate liability of MAHA to you, under any theory of liability, is limited to the amount you actually paid to MAHA for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, in the twelve months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim. For free offerings (the Growth Clarity Assessment, the introductory call, and the newsletter), MAHA's total aggregate liability to you is limited to one hundred euros (EUR 100).

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory provisions of Croatian or EU consumer law.

You agree that any claim against MAHA arising from the services must be brought within one year from the date on which the cause of action arose, except where a longer period is required by mandatory law.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maja Jurišić, vlasnica obrta, trading as MAHA Evolution Studio, from any third-party claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, the newsletter, or the services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. USER CONDUCT

When using the website or any service, you agree to behave respectfully toward Maja and toward any other participant in a group setting. You agree not to:

  • Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory.

  • Subscribe to the newsletter using a false identity or another person's email address without that person's permission.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the booking system, the newsletter system, or any related infrastructure.

  • Use the services to harm a third party or to engage in any unlawful activity.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The website and the newsletter may contain links to third-party websites and may use third-party tools for booking, payments, analytics, and email delivery. MAHA is not responsible for the content, the privacy practices, or the availability of those third-party services. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. TERMINATION

You may stop using the website at any time. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You may end a paid engagement subject to the terms of your booking confirmation or engagement letter and to the refund process in section 8.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services or remove you from the newsletter list at our discretion if you breach these Terms, if continued service is not workable, or if required by law. Termination does not relieve you of obligations that have already accrued, including any unpaid amounts.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

MAHA is not liable for any delay or failure to perform that results from events outside our reasonable control, including illness, natural disaster, power or internet failure, governmental action, or any other event of force majeure. In such cases, MAHA will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected service.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory provisions of EU consumer-protection law and of the consumer-protection law of your country of residence continue to apply where required.

You and MAHA agree to try to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation first. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, the courts competent in Split, Croatia, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rules that grant you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence as a consumer.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision is to be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the intent of the original, and the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and any written booking confirmation or engagement letter signed between you and MAHA, form the entire agreement between you and MAHA regarding your use of the website, the newsletter, and the services. They replace any previous communications or representations on the same subject matter.

19. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Maja Jurišić, vlasnica obrta, trading as MAHA Evolution Studio.
